Junior Elementary Teacher

Brooke first moved to Bainbridge in 1970 as a boy, and has loved the island from near and far ever since.After undergraduate work at Claremont-McKenna College in California, he earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from Seattle University.Brooke married his high school sweetheart, Lisa, and they have two children, James and Victoria.While earning an MBA during his business management career, Brooke spent time volunteering at the Montessori school his children attended.It was there he realized that teaching was his true calling.Upon completing courses at the Montessori Education Association of the Pacific Northwest program at Seattle University, he interned at Cedar River Montessori School in Renton.A life-long fascination with all things mechanical has led Brooke to restore antique autos, be a racecar driver, and love motorcycles.He also enjoys spontaneous adventures in the great outdoors.Brooke moved back to Bainbridge to join Voyager in 2004, and brings his enthusiasm for teaching into the Junior Elementary classroom and outside as the Fitness Specialist.
