Donna Shenesky joined CGH Insurance Group in March 1998 as Ohio Operations Manager and she was promoted to Vice President of CGH Claims Service in August 2000.She served as branch manager of our Lexington Kentucky office.She is a Vice President, Compliance for American Mining Insurance Company and is responsible for compliance, internal audits and quality control.Donna has twenty-nine years experience handling workers' compensation claims for self-insured employers and insurance carriers.She started her claim career with Gates McDonald where she held several positions before becoming an Account Manager.Donna then joined Crawford & Company as a Supervisor of workers' compensation claims.She coordinated internal operations and self-insured workers' compensation programs for qualified self-insured employers.Donna is active claim organizations.
