C.T. Shen has over 11 years of experience in the techinical field.As the Director of Training of Compu-Tutor, Mr. Shen manages the day-to-day operations and coordination of the training personnel.His overall responsibilities include close interaction with clients to determine their specific training needs, developing course materials and establishing training policies and procedures.The success of C.T. Shen's teaching philosophy lies in using real-life applications and the most advanced teaching techniques.Students who have been trained by C.T. Shen's training philosophy not only understand the product, but can effectively train others as well.

Prior to his work at Compu-Tutor, Mr. Shen was a training specialist with two major technical training companies, American Computer Educators and ExecuTrain.As a training specialist, Mr. Shen provided on-site consultations and overall systems recommendations, developed training manuals and gave classroom instruction and training on PC software.
