Bonnie Shen

Bonnie Shen, MASenior Project Administrator Bonnie Shen works with the Science and Technical team at MVI and is responsible for managing proposal budgets, agreements compliance, and contributing to overall project implementation.Bonnie brings five years of experience in international health planning and business administration.She previously served as Program Coordinator for Project HOPE where she directed USAID hospital equipment procurement in China and also developed monitoring and evaluation systems and training tools for an HIV/AIDS treatment program in China.Bonnie holds a Master of Arts degree from the Heller School of Health and Social Policy at Brandeis University where her emphasis was in program planning and implementation as well as research on HIV/AIDS programs in Asia Pacific.She also holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Michigan.Before graduate school, Bonnie actively volunteered in numerous international relief and development projects.
