Mr. Biing J. Shen

BIING J. SHEN, M.A.---Consultant & MentorMr. Shen is currently completing his Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).He obtained his Master's degree from the University of Chicago in 1994, and his BSci in Psychology from the National Taiwan University in 1988.Mr. Shen was awarded the Ursula Mandel Award in 2000-2001.He was also honored with the Stanley Sue Research Excellence Award in 1997.He earned the UCLA University Fellowship from 1995 to 1999, and the Ministry of Education Fellowship from the National Taiwan University from 1988 to 1990.Mr. Shen speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese.He has extensive research and teaching experience.His work has been published in journals, such as the American Journal of Community Psychology, and the Annals of Behavioral Medicine.Mr. Shen also has been the Project Director in the development of a Reasoning Ability Test at the National Taiwan University.His expertise in test construction, surveys and questionnaires is a big asset to companies who seek to develop their own criteria for employment selection and/or promotion.
