Mr. Shelton has worked for KDC-Turner for over 7 years as a licensed landscape irrigator and cadd draftsman.James has regularly facilitated the implementation of numerous successful design and irrigation projects from the earliest stages of schematic design through construction documentation, construction administration, and final acceptance.With his regional background, James is keenly aware of the challenges faced in the design, documentation, and construction of large and small-scale projects in the South Plains, Western Texas, and New Mexico.
