    The final testimony in the hearing came from Capt. Benny Shelton of the Cocke County Sheriff's Office.

    He said he received a call that there was an escape from the jail and that two men had escaped and two had attempted to escape.

    Shelton spoke about the charges that were filed at the time of the escape.
