Stephen M. Shellman, visiting assistant professor of government, College of William and Mary, recently received a number of small grants to conduct research on refugees.He will also spend ten days this summer studying terrorism at Tel Aviv University.Mr. Shellman's article, "Time Series Intervals and Statistical Inference: The Effects of Temporal Aggregation on Event Data Analysis," appeared in the Winter 2004 Political Analysis.
