   Jeffrey Shell has been named Chief Technical Officer at Cue Media Integration, a digital audio-visual communications company.
   
   Shell will manage all internal web-based content and communications systems. He will also be responsible for building and architecting customized manageable web sites for Cue Media's clientele, and developing systems to further increase the quality of project communication between Cue Media and its customers.
   
   As a skilled software engineer, Shell brings six years of software development experience to his position. His expertise will benefit Cue Media's film and video production, advertising agency and other clients.
   
   Most recently with Zope Corporation, Shell was one of the primary developers of Zope, a successful web application platform used to design and deliver flexible solutions to diverse customers.
