   Kendra Sheldon - VP Marketing Kendra Sheldon has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology, Master of Arts Degree in Telecommunications and Film and a B.S in Radio/TV from San Diego State University. In addition to a solid background in media, marketing and journalism, Kendra has several years of experience in the design and development of web-based, instructor-led and technical training, as well as Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS). Kendra is also a published author, most notably as the co-author with Dr. Allison Rossett of "Beyond the Podium: Delivering Training and Performance to a Digital World," winner of ISPI's Award for Excellence in Communication in 2002.

   Kendra is a long-time member of ISPI and the winner of an ISPI service award for her work as Co-volunteer Coordinator (together with LCD Russell Davidson) at ISPI's national conference for 5-years. Kendra is currently working for Goodrich Aerostructures, an international corporation that is the leading manufacturer of engine systems for the commercial airline industry, and is located in Chula Vista, California. Kendra is currently directing the Finance Department's training program, and will be launching a second training program for the Value Stream Leaders soon. Kendra lives in Scripps Ranch and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exercising, reading ... and sleeping when she can ;).
