Barbara Sheldon, who lives in Belltown and is a member of the Belltown Community Council, said she can't see having two Monorails in such a small area and she definitely supports 5th Avenue.But she doesn't think the monorail should go on 2nd Avenue downtown either because there's too much of a hill to get up to 5th Avenue, where a lot of the businesses are, and it's very difficult for people like her to walk up that hill.
