Caffera in turn has elevated several key members of the Bates production department: Executive Producer Amy Sheldon, who joined Bates in 1984 as a senior producer, is being promoted to from Vice President to Senior Vice President; Executive Producer Bailey Weiss, a 25-year veteran of film and broadcast production, has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President; Jennifer Mastrorilli, a Bates staffer since 1997, has been promoted from Assistant Producer to Producer; Allison Nichols, who joined the agency from TBWA Chiat/Day in 1999, has been promoted from Assistant Producer to Producer; and Melissa Bemis, who joined the agency in January 2000, has been promoted from Production Assistant to Assistant Producer.
