Terry Shein is a Certified Club Manager (CCM) with twenty years professional experience in both private and semi-private club management.Terry joined Victoria Golf Club in 2003 as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.Some of his prior management postings included Manager of Food & Beverage Services for Centre Ice Club (division of the Vancouver Canuck Hockey Club), Club Manager Kelowna Golf & Country Club and General Manager of The Vancouver Golf Club.

Terry and his wife of 16 years Marcia have three children: Kelsey (15), Landon (13) and Lucas (7).Although relative newcomers to the city of Victoria, Terry and his family are thoroughly enjoying all that Victoria has to offer.
