THE ANN AND RANDY SMITH SCHOLARSHIP benefits students pursuing a degree in special education from an accredited college or university.This scholarship was established by the Adult Bible Study Class in honor of the Smiths, who have given leadership to the class since its inception.The scholarship was established in 1997, on the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Adult Bible Study Class.
