Shah went to college in India, graduating in 1981, and has a master's degree from the University of Detroit.He spent 12 years in various aspects of the computer industry: CAD-CAM design, hardware manufacturing, and software support.After considering Boston, New York, and the West Coast, he opened an office on Alexander Road.For his clients, which include major telecommunications firm, Shah will move software services to India.

Tushar will continue to report directly to Kent Child, and consistent with the current reporting structure will coordinate strategic technical, purchasing, and environmental / safety issues with company personnel, as well as PPI's parent company, Comex.
