Tej Shah

Tej Shah, Philanthropic Assistant. Tej works as a Philanthropic Assistant and supports the Donor Services team. Prior to joining the Rockefeller team, Tej worked as a Talent Associate at the Acumen Fund where he focused on talent development, compensation and performance management across Acumen's worldwide offices. Tej graduated with an MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in 2007. In 2006, Tej spent the summer as an associate at Aavishkaar Micro Venture Capital Fund, focusing on development of socially relevant investment programs. His prior experience includes developing a children-based software education business line as a manager at Boston Education and Software in Mumbai. He previously volunteered in relief programs for victims of the 2001 earthquake in Gujarat, India and organized medical aid for civilians during the Kargil war. Born in Boston and raised in India, Tej is also fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
