Dr. Milind Shah

Dr. Shah earned an undergraduate degree from G.L.S. Higher Secondary School and medical degree from B.J. Medical College , both in Ahmedabad , India.She completed a residency in obstetrics/gynecology at V.S. General Hospital , Ahmedabad , India ; and a residency in psychiatry through the Cleveland Clinic Foundation , Cleveland , Ohio.Following a fellowship in women's mental health studies through the Department of Psychiatry , University of Illinois , Chicago , she was an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry in the Women's Division , Department of Psychiatry , University of Illinois , Chicago.

She is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology and is board eligible in psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology.Her special practice interests include treatment of women with psychiatric illnesses related to the reproductive cycle , for example premenstrual depression ( PMS ) and post-partum depression.

Dr. Shah is a native of Ahmedabad , India.She and her husband , Milind Shah , M.D. , reside in Marshfield with their daughter , Roma , 11 months.Personal interests are golf , cooking , travel , reading and music.
