Milan Shah, the President of CMAC Consultancy, has over 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and technology-based industries.Milan has a wealth of experience in global sales and marketing, relationship management, joint ventures and acquisitions, new company start-ups, multi-site operations management, E-commerce strategy and implementation, and multi-site P&L management.Milan most recently served in the capacity of President and CEO of an industry leading firm specializing in high-tech printed circuit boards.He managed the successful growth of the company into a multi-million dollar company, recreated the business infrastructure of a mid-size technology concern, redesigned domestic and international sales and marketing development programs, realigned engineering and manufacturing operations, eliminated excessive costs, and introduced advance information and manufacturing technologies.Milan negotiated an acquisition of a competitive company and ensured seamless integration of personnel, technology, and product lines.He established and launched a major E-commerce solution to attract new customers and generate additional revenue.Milan was instrumental in securing UL and CSA certifications, as well as ISO 9002 and ISO 9000-2000 for a technology-based company.Milan received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Computer Science and Business Communication from Western Michigan University, and he is actively involved with several professional and community based organizations.
