BOSTON, MA - July 15, 2009 - Core Security Technologies, provider of CORE IMPACT solutions for comprehensive enterprise security testing, today announced the appointment of Milan Shah as its new Senior Vice President of Engineering.
In this role, Mr. Shah will be tasked with helping the company build on the success of its flagship CORE IMPACT Pro v9 solution and deliver new enterprise-class products that meet the tactical needs of CSOs and security professionals working inside the largest and most complex IT environments.

Mr. Shah joins Core Security from CA's, Netegrity group, where he served as vice president of engineering and helped elevate the company's SiteMinder product into the leader of Gartner's Magic Quadrant.
Prior to CA, Mr. Shah was the vice president of engineering at IMLogic, where he was a founding team member and contributed to the development of innovative, enterprise-class server solutions in the messaging security space before the company was acquired by Symantec.
Mr. Shah also previously served as a development manager at Microsoft.

Mr. Shah graduated from The University of Illinois with a degree in Computer Engineering and also holds an S.M. in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
