Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah (Training Manager - West Zone) Mihir joined us in August 2007. e has been a trainer for 6 years. Mihir is a commerce graduate from the Mumbai University. He has also completed a certified program on LUTCF (Life Underwriters training council fellowship) from The American College in June 2007. He has a total work experience of 16 years with 10 years in sales of pharmaceutical raw materials and life insurance and 6 years in training. He has earlier worked for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Standard Chartered Bank.

His expertise lies in handling all trainings of banking, insurance & financial services businesses with key insights into sales team handling, relationship management & organizational development. He carries a strong penchant for skill based initiatives.

As a trainer he believes to channelize individual capabilities, for the organizational growth, through building upon the appropriate skills, and competencies.
