Hannibal Regional Hospital is pleased to announce that Chandresh S. Shah, M.D. has joined team members in the surgical services area.Dr. Shah specializes in anesthesiology and is board certified in pain management.Dr. Shah attended an anesthesia program at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he trained in various aspects such as subspecialty of Anesthesia, Cardio thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortheopedic, Pediatric, Obstetrics, Trauma, Surgical Intensive Care, and Medical Intensive care.Dr. Shah has completed a pain management program at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana training in various aspects of chronic, acute, and cancer pain.

Dr. Shah previously worked for Forest Park Hospital in St. Louis.He is currently living in Hannibal with his wife and four children.
