Robert Serikstad

Robert Serikstad, CPA was appointed as Controller of North Shore Towers and Country Club for the Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp. in June of 1998 and was named Treasurer of the Apartment Corporation in June of 2004. Rob is responsible for financial management of the property including financial reporting, budgeting, management information systems, internal control, tax compliance, employee benefits and day to day financial operations. His career in professional accountancy spans twenty-five years with a specialty in real estate, particularly cooperative housing corporations. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the C. W. Post School of Professional Accountancy and is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the State of New York.
