    Aaron Seitz, a manager and co-owner at Carver Brewing Co. at 1022 Main Ave., said his customers' eating habits are the same as usual.

    "I hear about it on the radio and in the papers, but I haven't noticed a change," Seitz said.

    The restaurant has served up the usual burgers and steaks.Whether that changes over time will be interesting to watch, he said.

    "It happens every spring," said Aaron Seitz, co-owner of Carver Brewing Co. at 1022 Main Ave. "As I was walking to work, they were flushing the hydrants, and I thought: 'Well, we're going to have yellow water.'" The yellow water never reached customers' tables, however.Carver's has a filtration system for its beer that was used just to make sure there were no problems.

    "Still, I do wish the city would let us know," when it planned to flush the lines, he said.
