Dr. Eberhard Seiler

Dr. Eberhard SeilerDr. Eberhard Seiler was born in 1940 in Breslau, Germany.He received his PhD in Physics from the technical University in Braunschweig.After three years in industry he joined Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, PTB, Germany's National Metrology Institute.He was appointed Head of Section, Legal Metrology in 1976.In 1985 /86 he worked as an advisor with the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization in Riyadh.Since 1989 he is Head of PTB's department Technical Cooperation.In 1992 he was elected as Chairman of the Technical Committee Metrological Infrastructures of the International Measurement Confederation,IMEKO.
