Diane has twenty-five years of experience in the banking and financial industry, is the founder of Seiler Business & Financial Consultants and a Vice President with Marquette Bank's Commercial Lending Division.Diane is the Immediate Past-President of the Homer Township Chamber and has been actively involved in its many committees over the years, as well as serving as a past Board Member of the Lockport Chamber of Commerce for many years.She is an Alderwoman for the City of Lockport's' 1st Ward, currently serving her second term in office.

Diance is the 2004-05 Past-President of the Rotary Club of Lockport, and is serving a three-year commitment as an Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 6450.Diane is an Advisory Committee Member of the CCC (a transition partnership between LTHS and Cornerstone Services, aiding Young Adults with Special Needs), and a Member of the Accessible Cities Alliance.
