Leslie has a strong background in education and curriculum development.Leslie holds degrees in History, Secondary Education and Adult Second Language Education from McGill University and Carleton University.She has taught at both the elementary and secondary levels and has assisted in curriculum development for several subject areas.Since moving to the United States from Canada, Leslie pursued a career in Health and Fitness Instruction.She has worked with the YMCA since 1991 and currently works as a Fitness Specialist at the West Chester YMCA - training and certifying fitness instructors and providing aquatic, health and fitness programs for children, teens and adults.

Assistant coach Leslie Seifert is in her first full season with the swim team.Leslie has an extensive background in personal fitness training and teaching swimming skills to children.She has been a swim instructor at the YMCA and other organizations for the past 13 years and has taught children and adults of all ages.Leslie has 17 fitness certifications including aerobics, cycling, weight training, swimming and CPR.Leslie has teaching degrees from McGill and Carlton Universities.
