Dr. Seifert is board certified in both general and vascular surgery and has practiced vascular surgery in south Florida for 25 years.He now limits his practice to surgery of varicose veins.

Dr. Seifert graduated from MIT with a degree in electrical engineering before attending medical school at the University of Michigan , where he graduated in 1976.He completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Utah and a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of South Florida .

Dr. Seifert is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery, the Southern Association of Vascular Surgery and the Florida Vascular Society.
