Charlotte Seifert was born in Dallas, Texas.She received her BFA and MFA in painting from Southern Methodist University.Her work has been included in juried and invitational exhibits as well as group and solo shows.Seifert has taught at SMU as an adjunct professor and through the Community Education Department since 1993.She maintains a studio in Dallas and continues to teach on a part time basis.
