Brit Seifert represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, as well as administrative proceedings.
Ms. Seifert is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She has served as a member of the Education Initiative Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association, the purpose of which was to implement street law training in the Cleveland public school system through a coalition of public school teachers, attorneys and local law school students, and as a member of the Executive Cabinet of the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Bar Association.

While at law school, she was an executive editor of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board of Governors. She competed in the National Moot Court Competition and the University of Minnesota Civil Rights Competition, where her team placed second in the final round. She also worked as a legal assistant for the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and as an extern clerk to Judge David T. Matia of the Ohio Court of Appeals. -
