Jeff Seibert is a principal in the Real Estate practice group of the firm, resident in the Baltimore office.Mr. Seibert has an extensive practice representing national and regional lending institutions in real estate secured financing transactions, and real estate holding and development companies in transactions involving the acquisition, development, management, leasing and sale of real property.Representative lending clients include Bank of America, N.A., Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Branch Banking and Trust Company and SunTrust Bank.

Mr. Seibert is an avid volunteer with educational institutions.He currently is the president of the board of trustees at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore and is a past president of the National Alumni Association of Trinity College, where he was awarded the Alumni Medal of Excellence for service to the institution in 1995.

The Roland Park Country School Board of Trustees and President Jeffrey H. Seibert are pleased to announce a $25 million dollar capital campaign, A Place in our Hearts, to build a new athletic complex on the School's North Baltimore campus - the third and final stage of a Campus Master Plan begun in the early 1990s.
