   Ms. Segraves is a national speaker, trainer, author, and software developer specializing in SBA lending. She has been providing nationwide consulting, training, and software solutions for the Small Business Administration's business loan programs since she formed Professional Marketing & Training, Inc. in 1991.
   
   As a national speaker and trainer, Ms. Segraves is seen as the premiere SBA authority participating in conventions and tradeshows including speaking engagements regarding motivation, sales, and SBA lending practices since 1986. She conducts over 25 trainings annually, mostly sponsored by SBA, SBDCs, and CDCs, with over a 1000 attendees annually.
   
   Ms. Segraves received her BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, attended the University of Central Oklahoma Graduate School, and participates in the National Computer Educator's Institute.
   
   She served in the Banking Industry in Oklahoma prior to her starting PMT.
