Lou Segalini is Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets and co-head of the Municipal Bond department.He is responsible for overseeing all trading, sales, underwriting and risk management.

Mr. Segalini has been with CIBC World Markets and CIBC Oppenheimer since 1990.Prior to that, he worked at Ehrlich Bober Inc. as a head trader in the municipal bond department where he was responsible for the firm's total commitments.

Mr. Segalini was a municipal bond trader at Salomon Brothers from 1983 to1987, where he managed the firm's $4 Billion variable rate program.

Mr. Segalini has an MBA in Finance from St. John's University in New York.He is married with two children and resides in Murray Hill, New Jersey.
