   Daniel Segal joined Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. in January 1998 after a five-year tenure with a Manhattan based landlord/manager as the company's leasing representative. In this role, he oversaw the full leasing of a dozen buildings and supervised a team of six real estate brokers.
   
   Since joining Newmark as a leasing agent, Mr. Segal has been instrumental in bringing about 100% occupancy in several buildings, including 609 Greenwich Street, 100 Fifth Avenue, 104 Fifth Avenue, 111 Fifth Avenue, 115 Fifth Avenue, 3 East 28th Street, 330 Seventh Avenue, 6 East 39th Street, 16 West 46th Street and 230 Park Avenue.
   
   Mr. Segal has evolved into an aggressive tenant representative, having represented such companies as The Interpublic Group, Shandwick U.S.A., Oasis International (Dentsu Advertising), Mark USA (Ryan Drossman), Bradford & Reed, Lily Pond Capital Management, Stonehill Capital Management, Murray Capital Management, Marvel Comics, Insight Communications and Jungle Interactive Media.

   Mr. Segal is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. In addition, he serves as a Board Member for The Epilepsy Institute.
   
   Mr. Segal graduated cum laude from The State University of Oneonta where he earned his B.A. in Economics and also earned cum laude honors from New York City's School of Opticianry for his post graduate studies.
