   Mr. Seetharamaan has responsibility for all financial functions of the Corporation. He brings to his position a proven track record of leading change and growth in complex business environments. Prior to joining TCI in 2005, he was Chief Financial Officer of Handright, leading the several multi-national joint ventures and ultimately the sale of the company. After receiving his CPA designation, Mr. Seetharamaan served as CFO and in various financial/operating capacities for Deloitte & Touche, CII, SAIC, HSBC, Potomac Capital Companies and The Router Consulting Group, leading the sale of the company to GBHI Corporation. Throughout his impressive history driving growth in emerging companies, Mr. Seetharamaan's responsibilities have included finance, treasury, asset management, accounting, legal, contract administration, investor relations and the establishment of operations in both Europe and Asia. Mr. Seetharamaan received his BS from University of Hyberabad and his MBA from University of Baroda.
