  Bob previously practiced law with Bull, Housser & Tupper, a full-service Canadian law firm.He holds a B.A.Sc. with Honours from the University of Toronto, an M.B.A. from France's Theseus International Management Institute, and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia.He is a non- practicing member of the California State Bar.He has published on a wide variety of technical issues including articles in the Can.Med.Assoc. Journal and the Int.Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.
