John Seelye is the founder and director of Yoga at Hayground in Bridgehampton.John is an Anusara Yoga instructor teaching group classes in the Hamptons and seasonally in New York City.He also offers individual instruction and the healing art of Yoga Therapeutics.Having first been casually exposed to yoga in 1973, by 1982 a more consistent yoga practice began to develop.He studied with various teachers and styles and eventually began teaching in 1992.
