   Carolyn Seeley is a Senior Consultant with Personnel Systems Associates. She has over 20 years of human resources experience in various human resources functions including compensation, employee relations, employment, benefits, training, and human resources information systems. Her consulting work has included designing, developing and implementing compensation programs, incentive plans, salary surveys, and pay for performance systems. She has also written job descriptions, salary administration and policy and procedure manuals and employee handbooks, and developed job standards. Her clients have included high technology, software, automotive, pharmaceutical, healthcare and aerospace companies. She has also provided consulting services in the public sector.
   
   In addition to her consulting experience, Ms. Seeley has been employed by two computer companies, a computer printer company, two acute care hospitals (both for profit and non-profit), and a mortgage services company. Her human responsibilities with those companies included domestic and international human resources management and compensation management.
   
   Ms. Seeley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge and her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine.
