E. Searle-Spratt Jr., estimator and project managerMr. Searle-Spratt has 31 years of experience in electrical construction and holds a Vermont Master Electrician's license (EM-3263).He was project foreman for Richardson Electric of Waltham, Mass., for the IBM-Williston, Vt., project in 1983.In 1986 he was general foreman for Milliken Bros. of Portland, Maine, on the Burlington Square Mall Phase 3 project.In 1989, he was general foreman for Peck Electric on the IBM-Burlington chemical distribution center upgrade project.In 1991, he worked for Mercury Electric at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant in Vernon, Vt., assisting the in-house maintenance staff during a scheduled re-fueling outage.In 1993, Mr. Searle-Spratt was project superintendent at the IBM-Burlington building 970 Phase 4C project and in 1995 was project superintendent at Agri-Mark/Cabot's new facility in Middlebury, Vt.
