Alan Seale Chairman Alan Seale was appointed Chairman of City West Water on 1 September 2005. Mr Seale has had 38 years experience in the chemical industry, 13 of those at general management level. He worked for several years in the USA and Hong Kong. More recently Mr Seale has consulted to the CSIRO, EPA Victoria and several universities and chemical companies. He has served as a Director of South East Water, Gippsland Water, the Australian Sustainable Industries Research Centre and of his own consultancy business. And he was an Honorary Professor at Monash University, teaching in the Department of Chemical Engineering from 2000 to 2006.

Mr Seale was a director of South East Water from January 2004 to August 2005. He was an Honorary Professor at Monash University, teaching in the Department of Chemical Engineering from 2000 to 2006.

Alan is currently a director of South East Water Limited, the Australian Sustainable Industries Research Centre Pty Ltd and of his own consultancy business.Alan was appointed to the Board of Gippsland water in November 2003.

Alan is currently Chairman of City West Water Limited and Alan was appointed to the Board of Gippsland Water in November 2003.

The option of a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree was chosen by an evaluation panel from the six recommendations put forward by the Gippsland Engineering Review Panel chaired by Adjunct Professor Alan Seale in March, 2003.
