Pam has been programming and planning collegiate recreation and sports facilities for more than seventeen years. Pam was the Project Architect for several large projects at HOK Sports and a Vice President of The Sports Management Group, but she has created SportsPLAN Studio to pursue her genuine passion for programming and planning collegiate campuses and sports facilities.

Pam is a graduate of Northwestern University and earned a Master of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University.

She is a licensed architect, a member of the AIA and is NCARB certified.

The Club Board met with the engineers from Wilson & Co., along with Pam Scott from Sports Plan Studio, to develop a master plan for the entire complex and a cost estimate of the proposal.

As we have built a body of knowledge regarding design, construction and operations, Pam Scott and Joel Leider have also developed and refined effective planning processes and workshop techniques.

Pam has been invited to speak at three national conferences of the athletics division of the National Federation of High School Associations, sharing her unique perspective on the value and the strategies for effective planning . Also, Pam volunteers her time on the teaching faculty of NIAAA Leadership Training. Pam and Joel have long been members of the Society for College and University Planning and the National Intramural Sports and Recreation Association.
