Paddy is a senior manager with managing director and independent advisor/executive experience within the UK and abroad.

Paddy specialises in business growth, particularly in the development and implementation of achievable strategies along with all matters concerned with marketing and general management. He has worked principally in the drink, textile, hospitality and quality goods and services sectors.

For the last twelve years, Paddy has been the Managing Proprietor of Reach for Success, a corporate advisory business and since 2006, also the director in charge of Scotland's Gardens Scheme, the charity involved in facilitating the opening of gardens of horticultural interest to the public in order to raise funds for other worthy charities.

Paddy has an honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and prior to creating Reach for Success was managing director of Dormeuil, the prestigious French textile company, and Pimm's Ltd, the producers and distributors of the famous drink.
