Her construction defect experience ranges from matters involving single-family homes to mass subdivisions.
Ms. Schweitzer has also tried a variety of insurance coverage and bad faith cases in state and federal courts on behalf of primary and excess carriers and has years of experience in complex coverage matters involving multiple carriers.
