Released as a service to the community and potential home buyers, the websites offer hundreds of photos and video of Tega Cay, Fort Mill and Lake Wylie -- all suburbs located just outside Charlotte, NC."If people like virtual tours of specific homes so much, I think they'll love a virtual tour of an entire city," said Mr. Schwartz.He went on to say that he is always getting calls from out of towners asking for pictures of various places, neighborhoods and the like."It was a natural progression to just start consolidating these pictures into a website for all to benefit from.""No one else in my market has done anything like this ... and I know why ... it was a tremendous amount of work," he said.
Steve beams when you ask him about the websites.This might have something to do with how personally involved he was with the project.He took all the pictures, worked all the post production, and developed the websites himself.He went on to say, "I wanted to show people that the level of dedication that went into making the websites is indicative of what they can expect when they hire me as their Realtor."
