    Marty developed his credentials and skills by building and growing businesses while in positions of increasing responsibility at some of America's most respected companies including H.J.Heinz, The Coca-Cola Company, Borden Foods, Chiquita Brands International and the Dean Foods Company.

    In addition to his Fortune 500 track record, Marty also possesses and leverages a strong background in small and mid-size companies.He was VP of Sales and Marketing for Community Coffee in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.Marty was also a Partner with the Paradigm Management Group in Cincinnati, Ohio, a consulting company focusing on sales growth programs for entrepreneurial companies.Marty also ran the H. Meyer Dairy Co. in Cincinnati, Ohio as its Senior VP and General Manager.

    Most recently, Marty spent ten years first as Director then as VP of Marketing and Trade Development with Dean Foods Company.In this position he led the successful introduction and development of the Dean Milk Chug in the Northeast region, revitalizing the single serving milk business and growing annual sales over 10% a year.While there Marty also led the development of several sales and marketing programs and trained each dairy's sales team in effective implementation.

    Currently, Marty is the President and Owner of EXECUTIVE FORUMS for the Akron, Canton, and Youngstown markets, an exclusive membership organization for CEOs, Presidents, and Business Owners.Marty assists area entrepreneurs and top business executives by providing peer advisory group facilitation and executive coaching, a process that focuses on bottom line business success and improved quality of life for his members.

    Marty is a native of Detroit, Michigan.Marty earned both a BS and MBA from the University of Michigan.He currently resides in Fairlawn, Ohio with his wife, Pat and their two daughters.Marty serves as Director and Treasurer for the Ridgewood Lakes Homeowners Association.In addition, Marty judges high school speech and debate competitions in Northeast Ohio and umpires youth baseball in the Akron area.
