Russ Schreiber: Executive Vice President, Operations

Russ joined Mycroft in 2007 as Executive Vice President, Operations.In this role he leads the company's consulting services.Russ has over 20 years of experience successfully leading the delivery of complex consulting and technology organizations across a broad range of industries.He joined the company from Fair Isaac where he spent two years building their North American Insurance practice.Before Fair Isaac, Russ served as the CIO of Swiss Re's North American Life and Health business unit.

Accomplishments include significant management responsibility as a Partner with Ernst & Young Consulting and Vice President with Capgemini where he led their North American Delivery Center capability with responsibility for an active project portfolio staffed by roughly 1,800 FTE's spanning five delivery centers.

Russ focuses on delivery excellence and has led CMM accreditation and ISO certification initiatives, SOX compliance and IT transformations.
