Jim Schoenbeck is a project manager with A Step Above Inc.He considers it an honor and a privilege to maintain and care for the beautiful homes in the Truckee, Lake Tahoe area.Jim, his wife Denise of 24 years and 18 year old daughter Natalie, specifically moved to the beautiful Truckee area in June of 2006 in order to work for A Step Above, Inc. and to serve in ministry at Calvary Chapel Truckee, where he is currently on the Board of Directors.When Jim was in his early 20's, he and a friend started a construction company, which grew over 60 employees.After acquiring his general contractor license, Jim continued to work in the construction field for 12 years.After leaving the business, he was led to get involved in full-time Christian ministry wherein he served as a Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel for five years.Jim's ability to love and care for people's needs, coupled with his ministry and construction background, brings a lot to the table for the clients of A Step Above, Inc.
