Heather Schneider supports Corporate Edge's business development and executive search efforts.She works closely with clients and potential clients to best understand their coaching goals and helps Corporate Edge coaches deliver responsive, solutions-oriented client service.

Prior to joining Corporate Edge, Heather spent 5 years in the executive search industry.She began her career with Korn/Ferry International in a research capacity and quickly advanced to a Senior Associate role.A consistent top performer, Heather earned a reputation of high quality, efficient and thorough assignment execution and management.She has successfully completed over 40 executive search assignments in the advanced technology industry including CEO and Board of Directors positions in engineering, IT, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and general management.

Heather has a successful track record working with numerous organizations including public and private technology companies.Select assignments include executive searches for Pixar, NEC, Mercury Interactive, Adobe, Info USA, Internap Network Services, Inktomi, Cadence Design Systems, and Symbol Technologies.

A native of Wisconsin, Heather was awarded a full athletic scholarship to UC Berkeley.As captain of the Cal Women's Gymnastics Team, she holds school records in virtually every event.In addition, she serves as a Board member of the Big C Society, UC Berkeley's Student Athlete Alumni Organization.Heather is also a competitive cyclist and the 1998 California State Mountain Bike Champion.She holds a BA in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
