Heather Schneider is the Legal and Development Coordinator at KnowledgePoints, the premier supplemental education franchise in the United States.In this role she creates and maintains all legal files for the company and provides logistical support to the franchise development efforts.

Heather has over 13 years of experience in office management.Her diverse experience and outgoing personality have produced success in system development, event planning, human resources, account management, communications, special projects, and customer service.This combination of experience and skill development makes her a perfect member of the KnowledgePoints team.

Prior to joining KnowledgePoints, Heather worked as a manager for 4 different surgical orthopedic practices in the city of Portland.These practices ranged from a small 3 surgeon office to a large practice with 26 surgeons.Her wide range of office responsibilities included surgery and diagnostic scheduling and development of diagnostic procedures for two separate health systems.Heather also was head of the referral department, maintained account payables and receivables, and assisted in purchasing and post op patient care.

Heather strives to work in a challenging and exciting environment.At KnowledgePoints, Heather can continue to fulfill her desire to "make a difference" and help change the lives of children.
