However, a letter from their realtor, Chuck Schneider, of Prudential MGM Real Estate, has caused the couple new concerns.

When Schneider listed the 18-acre parcel with Lower Saucon Township, he received a copy of Ordinance 2005-01 describing the township's provision to protect its natural resources.

According to Schneider, the ordinance requires woodlands to have a protection rate of 80 percent and allows for no more than 20 percent of the area to be cleared.

Schneider informed the Buddocks that this might impact the sale and/or price of their property since builders would be able to put less homes on the same acreage. The amendment, he told them, effectively changes the zoning in a "RA" (Rural Agricultural) area from a 2-acre minimum lot size to essentially 5 acres.

The biggest find on Folknik II is a previously unrecorded version of Tom Rapp's (psychedelic folkies Pearls Before Swine) "Every Change is a Release," a haunting beauty of a lament somehow procured by producer Charles Schneider, who recorded Moss in Los Angeles.
    ...
Moss' UFVC fundraiser will feature more than Moss playing many a stringed instrument and singing: Five music videos (including Kent Maxwell's 30-minute "Ballad of Pete the Pacer" and brand-new clip by Schneider) will be screened, as well as a "mini art show" of Moss' infamous Deseret Alphabet Art, based on 1800s apostle Orson Pratt's obscure Mormon calligraphy, and a few mystery door prizes.
