Adam D. Schneider, Esquire is a Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel, and National Closing Coordinator with Land Services USA, Inc.Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Schneider was an Associate for over 7 years with Blank Rome LLP in the Real Estate Practice Group.He concentrated his work in all areas of real estate development including finance, historic preservation, acquisition, disposition, leasing and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.

Mr. Schneider serviced as Program Director at the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, a non-profit preservation organization.Mr. Schneider also coordinated a clearing house of technical assistance for the stewards of historic religious properties at Partners for Sacred Places and worked in the Consumer Lending Department of the former PSFS (Meritor Financial Group).
